What you share
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email, selected service, project details and your consent to be contacted. Business name, budget and timeline are optional. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, confidential client records or sensitive personal information in your inquiry.
How inquiries are handled
When direct form submission is enabled, inquiries are processed through Netlify Forms and made available to MODUSJA for review and response. Netlify may process technical information for hosting, security and spam filtering. If you choose WhatsApp or email, your message is handled by the service you select and its privacy terms.
Why we use the information
We use project inquiries to respond, assess the requested work and prepare a proposal where appropriate. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell inquiry information.
Storage and providers
Website hosting, form processing, email and messaging providers may process information outside your country. We limit access to inquiry information to the people and providers involved in responding and managing the requested work. To ask about or request removal of an inquiry, use the contact below.
Analytics
Analytics are disabled by default. The website can be configured to use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand aggregate visits and page use. No advertising pixels are included in this build. If the configuration or use of tracking changes, this notice should be updated.
Your choices
You can choose how to contact us and what to include in your message. You can ask us to correct or delete information you have provided, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
